Floating PV System Overseas Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for corporate brand promotion in the Southeast Asian market, and gradually establish brand image and market position.

2.Conduct market insight, explore business opportunities, build a local customer system, develop partnerships, and achieve performance targets.

Customs Declaration & Foreign Exchange Write-off Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for customs declaration, foreign exchange write-off and other relevant work for the companys import and export business.

2.Handle the review, declaration and follow-up of import and export customs declaration documents.

3.Be responsible for the application, use and write-off management of foreign exchange write-off slips.

4.Coordinate and solve problems arising in the process of customs declaration and foreign exchange write-off.

5.Maintain good relations with customs, foreign exchange administration and other relevant authorities.

6.Track and keep abreast of the latest customs declaration and foreign exchange policies and regulations to ensure the companys business compliance.

PV System Solution Engineer (Structure)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Demand Analysis and Solution Design: Communicate with the business department to clarify project objectives and constraints; conduct on-site surveys and provide relevant technical support for the business end; design PV system solutions (including floating systems) according to actual project requirements; compile technical documents (including drawings, bill of quantities, and technical specifications).

2.Project Implementation Support: Explain technical advantages to customers; cooperate with design institutes to compile construction plans; conduct technical docking and disclosure for construction projects; solve on-site technical problems.

3.Industry and Technology Adaptation: Be familiar with various PV design software and structural calculation software; capable of conducting stress analysis on conventional steel structures and concrete structures; evaluate the feasibility of PV project implementation.


Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in structural engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, mechanics or other related engineering majors; experience working in overseas power design institutes is preferred.

2.Possess structural calculation and design capabilities; be familiar with the design characteristics of steel and aluminum structures, as well as cost estimation.

3.Proficient in using design software such as CAD, 3D drawing software and OFFICE office software.

4.Have more than 1 year of structural design experience in the PV industry; experience working and living overseas is preferred.

PV System Technical Engineer (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Provide technical support for the electrical discipline of photovoltaic projects.

2.Conduct on-site surveys of photovoltaic projects, and prepare technical documents including preliminary feasibility study reports and project proposals.

3.Undertake drawing design, energy storage system design, review and optimization for photovoltaic projects; communicate and coordinate power distribution engineering plans with power grid companies and research institutes.

4.During the mid-project phase, be responsible for project design or design review, support procurement in project cost budgeting and supplier selection.

5.Liaise with owners, investors, power supply authorities, government departments and other stakeholders.

6.Assist the project manager in the whole-process management of construction safety, quality, progress and cost.

7.Candidates with First-Class Constructor Certificate (Electrical) or Registered Electrical Engineer Certificate are preferred.

Job Requirements:

4.At least 2 years of working experience in design or technical positions related to photovoltaic power stations, booster stations, energy storage systems, covering design of primary and secondary electrical systems; experience in electric power design institutes is preferred.

5.Solid grasp of 35kV, 110kV and 220kV power grid connection schemes for photovoltaic projects; familiar with functions of booster station equipment; with independent design experience in at least 2 photovoltaic booster stations and outgoing transmission lines.

6.Steady, hardworking, responsible, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

7.Able to travel for a long term and possess valid driving experience.



| Photovoltaic Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

| Collector Line Engineer

Recruitment Requirements for 35kV Overhead Collector Line Construction Management

Basic Qualifications:

1.Education & Major: College degree or above, majoring in electric power engineering, power transmission and distribution engineering, electrical engineering and automation, civil engineering (transmission line direction) or related fields. Holders of High-Voltage Electrician Certificate or Working at Height Certificate are preferred.

2.Work Experience: At least 3 years of construction management experience in 35kV and above overhead transmission / collector lines. Experience in photovoltaic or wind power collector line projects is preferred.

3.Certificates & Competence: Holders of Class 2 or above Constructor Certificate (Mechanical and Electrical / Municipal / Construction) and Safety Officer Certificate C are preferred. Familiar with relevant specifications and standards for transmission line construction.

4.Other Requirements: Able to be stationed at the project site for a long time, adapt to outdoor and high-altitude working environment, possess cross-department coordination and emergency problem-solving abilities, and obey project scheduling.


Core Professional Skills:

1.Proficient in the whole-process construction management of 35kV overhead collector lines, familiar with processes and quality control points including foundation excavation, tower erection, stringing construction, grounding engineering and equipment installation.

2.Capable of independently compiling construction plans, schedule plans and safety technical clarifications; proficient in using total stations, GPS and other surveying instruments; able to review construction drawings and solve on-site technical problems.

3.Master relevant construction specifications (such as GB 50233, DL/T 5168), and control acceptance standards for key processes including concrete pouring, conductor crimping, sag adjustment and grounding resistance testing.

4.Familiar with material and equipment selection (towers, conductors, fittings, insulators) and incoming inspection procedures, and able to effectively control construction material loss.


Main Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for on-site construction management of 35kV overhead collector line projects, coordinate the four major objectives of schedule, quality, safety and cost to ensure project delivery as contracted.

2.Organize construction teams to carry out operations, conduct on-site technical clarifications and process connection, supervise the implementation of construction techniques, and rectify potential quality and safety hazards in a timely manner.

3.Coordinate with employers, supervisors, quality supervision departments and local governments, and handle on-site coordination issues such as crop compensation and line crossing.

4.Compile construction logs and progress reports, organize construction technical documents, and cooperate with project acceptance, completion document filing and grid-connection debugging.

5.Control the entry plan of construction personnel, equipment and materials, rationally allocate resources, reduce construction costs and prevent safety accidents.

6.Organize on-site safety training and emergency drills, and handle on-site emergency safety and technical issues in high-altitude and live working.

| PV Project Manager

3.Have strong ability in reading and reviewing drawings; master on-site construction technology, project quality, safety, construction production, commercial cost, etc.; understand engineering quota and cost calculation rules, relevant industry specifications, and be familiar with relevant material knowledge and market conditions.

| Deputy PV Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s PV business development strategy and annual operating plan, ensure procurement strategies are closely aligned with overall corporate goals, and effectively support the stable growth and expansion of the company’s business.

2.Be responsible for developing, evaluating, selecting and managing suppliers related to the photovoltaic industry, ensuring the stability and reliability of the supply chain.

3.Lead the full-process execution of procurement projects, strictly control procurement costs, ensure the achievement of the company’s procurement objectives, and reduce procurement cost risks.

4.Collaborate on quality control, formulate and implement strict procurement quality standards and inspection processes to ensure purchased PV products and raw materials meet the company’s quality requirements and industry standards.

5.Participate in formulating reasonable inventory strategies, optimize inventory structure, improve logistics efficiency, and reduce logistics costs.

6.Identify and assess various risks in the procurement process, including market risks, supplier risks, contract risks, quality risks, etc., and develop corresponding risk response measures to prevent legal and compliance risks.

7.Maintain close communication and collaboration with R&D, production, sales, finance and other departments to promote synergy across internal departments and improve overall operational efficiency.

Experience in physical factories or on-site implementation of PV projects is required; experience in leading procurement for large-scale PV projects is preferred.

3.Understand the production technology, quality standards and technological development trends of photovoltaic products, and be able to accurately control the quality and performance of PV products and raw materials.

4.Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and procurement management software (ERP, SRM, etc.); strong data analysis and information management capabilities.

5.Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills; able to build good cooperative relationships with internal and external departments and promote procurement work smoothly.
